1l tropical forest honey
2 oranges
1 lemon
2 limes
1l pomegranate juice
1l coconut water
5g mead yeast
2l still water
-in glass jar prep cold water (boil erlier) and two spoons of honey. Add yeast and leave for around 1 houer.
-extrude juice from oranges, limes, lemon
-mix all igrediens together (included yeast)
- put all to the demijohn with airlock
- leave that for about 4-8 weeks. After that time you will find out some dust (dead yeast) on bottom of your demijohn
-take out mead from demijohn (use syphon tube). Make sure dead yeast from bottom will not go with reast of liquid.
clean your demijohn and put back mead. Lock with airlock and leave for 6-8 month . Everytime when you see that dead yeast on bottom you can repeat process. Will make your mead more clear and ready to drink erly.
- After that one year in demijohn you can put your mead to clean bottles and drink after 4 months.
